Registration Information

Registration entitles each participant to attend all conference presentations on March 28 and 29, 2012 (unless otherwise noted), a printed and electronic copy of the proceedings, refreshment breaks, the reception, and lunch on March 29.

For those who wish to attend only on March 29, please note your choice on the registration form. Registration for March 29 only entitles the participant to attend all conference presentations on the 29th, a printed and electronic copy of the proceedings, refreshment breaks, and lunch on March 29, 2012.

Additional copies of the printed proceedings can be purchased at $20 each. Please see the registration form for information on ordering.
